This iconic rally car, famously driven by Roger Clark when he won the Lombard RAC Rally in 1976, has been exclusively produced by SCX for release in the UK.

It is the first right-hand drive car that SCX have produced and is fitted with the new RX -42b motor. Only 4000 of these cars are being produced in total soley for the UK distributor .

I think this is the more beautiful slot car Tecnitoys have released during this year, Scalextric releases peugeot 908 on december. I am sure this model will be sold out very soon on hobby shops. It brings four front lights and 2 rear lights. Motor 41B.

Slot Car Preparation

This is our first post here about a slot car preparation to competition. We test this preparations at our slot car club in Málaga (Spain). I hope this can help you. I will list all the preparations of the winner slot cars in each competition we race. During today i post a Ninco Ferrari 360 GTC preparation so you can win your friends.

Here is the preparation for this slot car. In this case i used Ninco prorace spare parts. We race always without magnet
- 15.8 mm prorace wheels for front and rear axle.......12 euros
- 53.5 mm axles prorace.................4 euros
- Spirit xXx motor.............10 euros
- rear tires: Scaleauto 19x10 slick..........4.5 euros
- front tires: hobby slot racing ultraracing...........3 euros
- kit anglewinder prorace 32/12...............6.5 euros
- Prorace suspension guide.........1.5 euros
I place a little weight close the guide, less than 1 gram

Renault Clio Cup - NSR

NSR release the new Renault Clio III, licensed by Renault. The first version is a Limited Edition of 1000 pieces, with Clio Cup 2007 Presentation decoration. The boday is similar to mosler body, very lighted. Body weight 21 grams and dimensions are 63x124x45mm.
This model will be available in Spanish Slot Cars Shop at end of next week.

Also arrive Renault Clio R3 kit. Reference NSR-1016. This R3 Rally version of the Renault Clio is delivery in kit to mount, in white colour.
The differences regards Clio Cup version are:
- Body weight 25 grams for rally homologation, with interior details and co-pilot
- Anglewinder motor mount.
- motor 3012 de 21400rpm
- Pynion-crown relation: 13/31.

Future New Releases by Fly Car Model

We have received the 4th brochure by Fly for these 3 next months. I surprised when i see a FERRARI F40 on November, i like it!!
You also can see some other cars they think to release although some special editions as Playboy Limited Edition still not definitive announced. We hope to get some good picture soon!
