This slot car arrives with Prorace Spare parts: axles, wheels, tires, ball bearings, NC6. and lightweight interior. Such as delivered you can race it on magnetic races but here we race without magnet on Ninco Track. So we need to do some changes. Below i explain how i prepare my Mosler MT900 by Ninco slot car.

Remember we race without magnet!!

1)I change the standard guide for a prorace guide ( i think this should be made by Ninco from factory)
2)Replace front tires, i prefer Hobby Slot Racing, ultra thin tires
3) Replace rear tired with a Scaleauto 20x12 tires

Personally i prefer for rear wheels, Hobby Slot Racing wheels 16mm with Scaleauto 19 x 10 tires

Depend on the track where you race, should change the relation crown/pinion. I use mainly 32/12 relation.

Slot Car Preparation

This is our first post here about a slot car preparation to competition. We test this preparations at our slot car club in Málaga (Spain). I hope this can help you. I will list all the preparations of the winner slot cars in each competition we race. During today i post a Ninco Ferrari 360 GTC preparation so you can win your friends.

Here is the preparation for this slot car. In this case i used Ninco prorace spare parts. We race always without magnet
- 15.8 mm prorace wheels for front and rear axle.......12 euros
- 53.5 mm axles prorace.................4 euros
- Spirit xXx motor.............10 euros
- rear tires: Scaleauto 19x10 slick..........4.5 euros
- front tires: hobby slot racing ultraracing...........3 euros
- kit anglewinder prorace 32/12...............6.5 euros
- Prorace suspension guide.........1.5 euros
I place a little weight close the guide, less than 1 gram
